Who Framed Roger Rabbit

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988)

Won the Academy Award for sound effects and visual effects. Nominated for art direction/set decoration, cinematography, and sound. This is the first feature length movie ever to have live action and animated costars. It's about a murder investigation in a cartoon world called "Toon Town". Originally Terry Gilliam turned this project down stating that it would be too difficult to make work. Also interesting; it is rumored that Bob Hoskins suffered from hallucinations after filming was completed. (Directed by Robert Zemeckis)
