The American President (1995)

Nominated for the Academy Award for score.

Not bad for a sappy romance and at least the story is a little fresh. The story follows the romantic relationship between a political lobbyist and the President of the United States. Upfront, it's an awkward situation and the movie proves it. All in all, nothing to hoot and holler about, but not as bad as some of the other crap out there. (Directed by Rob Reiner)
