Alex and Emma (2003)

This was originally titled The Gambler and then Alex and Emma.  This is the new title even though it is not based on a true love story, go figure.  Alex is a writer who is suffering from writers block.  Not a big problem until you add big gambling debts.  In order to get the loan sharks off his back he has to finish his book in 30 days. It is, and they say, and offer he can’t refuse.  He hires opinionated Emma to help him finish his book.  (Directed by Rob Reiner)
